Ms. Côté practises in the areas of civil and commercial law. Her practice focuses primarily on contract law, construction law, and real estate law. She acts mainly for construction companies, professionals, and property managers, advising them on matters affecting their operations, handling their disputes, and drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements.

Ms. Côté is frequently called upon to represent construction industry associations and serves as counsel to the Bureau des soumissions déposées du Québec (Québec Tendering Bureau). She is entrusted with a variety of mandates related to the management of their affairs. She has participated in the development and drafting of tendering rules and, in this context, has developed particular expertise in procurement and tendering processes.

Ms. Côté also practises in the related areas of land use planning and divided co-ownership.

Her diligence, accessibility, attentiveness, and knowledge of alternative dispute resolution methods make her a valuable resource for her clients.

Ms. Côté has held various positions on the boards of directors of non-profit organizations. Since 2011, she has been a member of the Board of Directors of Maison Michel-Sarrazin, a palliative care hospice located in Québec City, and serves on its Governance Committee as well as its Quality and Vigilance Committee. She also served as a member of the Board of the Institute of Applied Ethics at Université Laval from 2020 to 2026.
