He represents several professional associations in the construction industry and has developed strong experience in professional and disciplinary law.

In addition to appearing regularly before civil courts, Me. Lajoie has taken part in multiple Coroner’s inquests, where he was mandated to represent witnesses summoned before these bodies. His practice also brings him to plead before the Police Ethics Tribunal, as well as in appeals of that Tribunal’s decisions.

He has also contributed to the drafting of various legal publications, including Les sûretés réelles au Québec and Vente, louage, contrat d’entreprise ou de service.
