Called to the Quebec Bar in 1969, Me DeBlois serves a provincial clientele and specializes in commercial law, particularly in tax and estate planning, business purchase and sale, mergers and corporate restructuring, shareholder agreements and disputes. He sits on the board of directors of several companies and acts as legal counsel for numerous businesses in their commercial transactions.
