Called to the Quebec Bar in 1969, Me DeBlois serves a provincial clientele and specializes in commercial law, particularly in tax and estate planning, business purchase and sale, mergers and corporate restructuring, shareholder agreements and disputes.

He joined the firm Les Avocats DeBlois et Associés in 1985, which was renamed DeBlois Avocats s.e.n.c.r.l. in 2013.

He sits on the board of directors of several companies and acts as legal counsel for numerous businesses in their commercial transactions.
