With diverse experience in both private practice and in‑house roles, as well as training in business administration, she supports entrepreneurs with business start‑ups, corporate reorganizations, financing, contract drafting, and updates to corporate records.

Holding a graduate‑level diploma in college teaching, she also enjoys sharing her expertise with entrepreneurs and future entrepreneurs. Since 2022, she has been delivering training sessions and workshops on various business law topics, including in partnership with the Québec Entrepreneurship School.
